Itchen Down Farm is set in rolling Hampshire downland and is six miles north east of Winchester.

The accommodation on offer is a converted flint and brick courtyard that was originally used to house horses and cows.

We have 'The Calf Pen' which sleeps two people, in single beds.

It is a self catering appartment with fully equipped kitchens luxury shower rooms, comfy sofas, fully centrally heated and free Wi-Fi Internet access.  There is on-site parking and use of the courtyard garden.

We personally welcome all guests and can accommodate - holiday guests, fishermen, business persons, overseas visitors or people looking to relocate in the area.  There is a minimum stay of two nights.

The surrounding countryside offers superb walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing, golf or visits the Historical cities of Winchester and Salisbury with their wonderful Cathedrals.  Guided tours are available from the local tourist office. Gardens to visit are plentiful in the area.  Excellent places to eat out; it is only a 20 minute walk to The Trout, pub / restaurant serving good food.

Alresford is a five minute drive away and is a delightful place to spend a day.  It has many interesting shops.  Everyone should try The Bell it serves mouth-watering local cuisine not to be missed.  The Water Cress Line is another attraction.  A great trip for Children with Thomas the Tank Engine days.

Itchen Down Farm is a great place to relax.
