Leave junction 9 of the M3 and take the A34/A33 - keep to the right hand lane (A33)
At the end of the dual carriageway turn right onto the B3047 towards Alresford.
After 2 miles you will come into the village of Itchen Abbas.  As you start to drop down hill the road bends to the right.  Turn left before this bend signed Vet Centre and School.  Keep on that lane for 1 mile Itchen Down Farm is on the left.
